Cryptocurrency mining company Phoenix Group is preparing for its public trading after its pre-market sale on November 21 was heavily oversubscribed.

December 2 is UAE National Day, which commemorates the founding of the UAE. The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has designated December 2, 3 and 4 as public holidays in the private sector.

“To commemorate this occasion and ensure full participation in the IPO, Phoenix Group has rescheduled the listing date to December 5, 2023,” the announcement said.
