Check BSNL Balance Using USSD Code
- Launch the dialer or phone app on your smartphone – feature phone users should skip to step 2.
- Enter *123*1# using your smartphone’s keypad.
- Now press the talk button to send the USSD code.
- View your balance details and enter an additional number to access additional information.
- Start over and enter *123*5#, then press the call button to check your remaining data allowance.
Check BSNL Balance Using BSNL Selfcare App
- Download the BSNL Selfcare app from app Store or Google Play.
- Choose your language and click Next,then click to registerfill in your details in the form.
- Enter your phone number and enter the OTP you received via SMS.
- Watch the dashboard at the top of the screen to view your plan details.
- You can click on that section to see more details such as current balance, available data, and validity of existing packages.
