MUNICH, Germany — The IAA Mobility Show is taking place this week in Munich, Germany, and there’s no shortage of cars on display.
The theme was electrification, with major players like BMW and Mercedes showing off their electric vehicle offerings. From Xiaopeng Motors to BYD, many Chinese companies also attended, with their eyes on international expansion.
Here are some of the cars on display in Munich.
BMW Vision New Class
BMW has unveiled the BMW Vision Neue Klasse, a concept electric car that will solidify its foray into battery-powered vehicles.

The first cars based on the Neue Klasse architecture will enter production in 2025.
The concept car has a glass roof, BMW It means that the design embodies the classic brand elements that fans are familiar with. The company is also focusing on vehicle interior technology.
Mercedes-Benz CLA concept car
The Mercedes-Benz CLA Concept was unveiled at the 2023 IAA Mobility show in Munich, Germany. The platform will support the German automaker’s foray into electric vehicles.
Mercedes Benz
The range will include a total of four new models — a four-door coupe, a wagon and two sport utility vehicles.
Mercedes claims the model can travel 750 kilometers (466 miles) on a single charge.
Mercedes-Benz Vision One Eleven

Released in June, the Vision One Eleven is a Mercedes Benz This is on display.
It’s just a concept car, designed to be fully electric and inspired by the C 111 experimental car of the 1960s and 1970s.
Zero run C10
Chinese electric car maker Leapmotor has launched its first car for the international market, called the C10.

The IAA has a large number of Chinese participants and is headquartered in Hangzhou Yueyue car announced plans to bring its C10 sport utility vehicle (or SUV) to European markets next year.
Zhu Jiangming, CEO of Leap Motor, said at a press conference on Monday: “All subsequent products of Leap Motor will be designed and developed with global thinking and follow global standards.”

BYD launched the BYD Seal in Europe at the IAA Motor Show in Munich, Germany. The electric sedan starts at 44,900 euros ($48,479).

Another Chinese automaker backed by Warren Buffett BYD launched its Seal electric sedan in Europe on Monday, with prices starting at 44,900 euros ($47,992).
BYD says the car has a range of up to 570 miles on a single charge. BYD, one of China’s largest electric vehicle makers, has been aggressively expanding overseas.
Opel experiment

starOpel, which is owned by Opel, debuted its experimental concept car in Munich following its official launch in July.
The futuristic car is intended to “provide a tangible vision for the direction of the Opel brand,” the company said in a release.
Lucid Air Midnight Dream Edition

The Lucid Air Midnight Dream Edition is a limited production version of the Lucid Air electric sedan.
wide awake The car is said to have a range of 799 kilometers on a single charge. The seats have a massage function, and the interior is spacious.
The car is only sold in Europe.
Volkswagen ID. GTI concept car
The all-electric Volkswagen ID GTI concept car on display at the 2023 IAA Mobility auto show in Munich, Germany.

Volkswagen’s ID. The GTI concept car is meant to show how the German automaker will utilize a GTI version of its ID electric car.
It’s part of Volkswagen’s big move into electric vehicles. The company said at the IAA Mobility show that it will launch 11 new all-electric models by 2027.
Porsche Mission X

this porsche The Mission X is, as the company describes it, a concept electric “supercar.”
It was first announced in June, but was showcased at the IAA. The doors of this model open upwards. Porsche called the car a “technological beacon for the sports car of the future” and said it “carried over the torch to iconic sports cars of the past few decades: like the 959, Carrera GT and 918 Spyder before it”.
MG Cyberster
The MG Cyberster is on display at the IAA Mobility 2023 exhibition in Munich, Germany.

The MG Cyberster debuted at the Shanghai Auto Show earlier this year, but made its European debut at IAA Mobility.
It’s built on an electric vehicle architecture that MG claims will allow the vehicle to travel 800 kilometers or 500 miles on a single charge.
MG says it borrows from the brand’s classic designs, but with features like a gaming cockpit and 5G connectivity.
LEGO Lamborghini Sian FKP
The LEGO version of the Lamborghini Sian FKP 37 on display at the 2023 IAA Mobility show in Munich, Germany.

While it’s not technically a real car, a LEGO model of the Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 was also on display at IAA Mobility.
