On Thursday, October 19, Bitcoin lost momentum on its winning streak after three days. At the time of writing, Bitcoin’s value is down by 0.88%. This brings its transaction value to $28,225 (approximately Rs. 2.35 crore). Despite the modest losses, BTC managed to maintain its price above $28,000 (approximately Rs. 23 lakh), keeping community members optimistic about the days ahead. The value of BTC did drop significantly by $208 (approximately Rs. 17,320) in the last 24 hours.
Ethereum entered another losing trading day today. Ethereum price fell 1.43% to $1,547 (approximately Rs 1.28 lakh). On the last day, the value of ETH fell by $19 (approximately Rs. 1,582).
“ETH lost its recent gains and is once again hovering near the major support levels of $1,530 (~Rs 1.27 Lakh) to $1,550 (~Rs 1.29 Lakh). As long as BTC remains above $28,000 (~Rs 2.3 Lakh), it is considered It’s a positive sign for the entire market,” the CoinDCX research team told Gadgets360.
Looking at cryptocurrency price charts, Solana, Polygon, Cardano, Dogecoin, and Litecoin all suffered losses today.
Shiba Inu, Chainlink, Avalanche, Stellar and Monero also announced price cuts today.
The overall cryptocurrency market capitalization fell by 0.91% in the past 24 hours. According to reports, the industry is currently valued at US$1.08 trillion (approximately Rs. 8,992,776 crore) coin market cap.
