Elon Musk said in a social media post that his proposed cage fight with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg will be live-streamed on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter).
The two social media moguls have been egging each other on for a mixed martial arts cage match in Las Vegas since June.
“Zack vs. Musk will be live on X. All proceeds will go to veterans charities,” Musk posted on X early Sunday morning, without revealing any further details.

Earlier on Sunday, Musk said on X that he had “lifted weights all day in preparation for the fight,” adding that he didn’t have time to work out, so he brought weights to work.
When a user on X asked Musk what the battle meant, Musk replied “It’s a civilized form of war. Men love war.”
Meta did not respond to Reuters’ request for comment on Musk’s post.
The uproar started when Musk said in a June 20 post that he was preparing to “play a cage match” with Zuckerberg, who had trained in jiu-jitsu.
A day later, when Zuckerberg, 39, posted a photo of his winning contest on the company’s Instagram platform, he asked Musk, 51, to “send a proposed fall location,” to which Musk replied “Vegas 8 Angle” refers to the center of activity where mixed martial arts (MMA) championships are held.
Musk later said that if the cage fight took shape, he would start training.
