The phone is likely to succeed the Lava Z4, which was launched in January 2021 along with the Lava Z1, Lava Z2 and Lava Z6 phones. The phone features a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS display, a 13-megapixel triple rear camera setup, MediaTek Helio G35 SoC and a 5,000mAh battery. The Lava Z4 Plus is expected to be an upgraded version of the base model. That it’s listed on the FCC website may indicate that it’s coming soon. The listing also reportedly includes design renders of the phone.

The back panel of the Lava Z4 Plus is said to offer three slightly raised circular camera modules arranged in a triangular pattern in the upper left corner. It is also said to come with an LED flash. The images also reportedly suggest that the phone may have a center-aligned waterdrop notch on top of the display to house the front-facing camera.
Meanwhile, the bottom edge of the Lava Z4 Plus is said to feature a speaker grille, micro USB port, microphone and 3.5mm audio jack. According to reports, the power button and volume rocker, which are said to double as a fingerprint sensor, are both located on the right edge of the phone. According to reports, the SIM card slot will be located on the left side of the phone. The phone may also have a dedicated microSD card slot.
According to the report, the listing shows that the Lava Z4 Plus is equipped with a 4,000mAh battery and supports 7.5W wired charging. No further details about the smartphone are known yet. The listing, while hinting at an imminent launch, doesn’t specify a release date. It is expected to be available soon.
Lava Z4 is priced at Rs. The 4GB + 64GB model will be available in India for $8,999. It is available in Aqua Blue and Flame Red color options.
