Moto G54 5G Bags Several Certifications, Renders Tip 50-Megapixel Dual Rear Cameras

The Moto G54 5G launch could be just around the corner, if recent leaks are any indication. Motorola hasn’t announced an exact release date for the new G-series phone, but the phone has appeared in the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) database ahead of its release. The product is also said to have appeared on the websites of the Telecom and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), hinting at its imminent arrival in India and other markets. Additionally, alleged renders of the smartphone have leaked online. In the leaked images, the successor to the Moto G53 comes in three different shades and comes with a punch-hole display. The renders also suggest that there is a dual rear camera setup on the device.

Moto G54 5G Yes list In the FCC database, the model number is XT-2343-1. The listing suggests that it will be a dual-SIM smartphone with support for Wi-Fi 802.11/b/g/n/ac, NFC, and Bluetooth.

Additionally, informant Evan Blass (@evleaks) posted an alleged rendering Moto G54 5G on X. The phone has slightly thicker bezels on the sides and a hole-punch cutout in the center of the display to house the selfie camera. On the back, it appears to have a dual rear camera setup with an LED flash. The camera sensors are arranged on a rectangular island in the upper left corner of the rear panel. The phone is available in three color options, black, blue and green.

The design of the Moto G54 5G looks identical to its predecessor, the Moto G53 5G. The latter was launched in China last December and is priced at CNY 899 (roughly Rs 10,500) for the base 4GB RAM + 128GB storage model

The Moto G53 5G features a 6.5-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by an unspecified octa-core Snapdragon SoC. Key specs of the phone include a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel selfie camera, 128GB of onboard storage, a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
