OnePlus Pad Go Promo Image Leaks Online; Tipped to Feature Display With 2.4K Resolution

OnePlus Pad Go has been rumored for some time. The Chinese tech brand teased the tablet via a social media post on Thursday without revealing its name. But now, a purported OnePlus Pad Go marketing image and specifications have surfaced online. The tablet is green in color and has OnePlus branding on the back. The OnePlus Pad Go appears to have only one rear camera. It is expected to debut in January next year alongside the rumored OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R phones.

A Report by Digital Trends has leaked marketing renderings and specifications of the rumored OnePlus Pad Go. It’s green in color, has curved edges, and has OnePlus branding on the back. However, when the tablet officially launches, it will likely be available in a variety of colors. Additionally, it appears to have a glass body design with thick bezels all around. The Android tablet has a centrally arranged circular camera module on the rear housing a sensor. It appears to have a two-tone finish with a thick strip running horizontally on the back. The renders suggest that the tablet will look almost similar to the OnePlus Pad.

Additionally, a report quoting OnePlus COO and President Kinder Liu said that the upcoming OnePlus Pad Go will feature a 2.4K display with a 7:5 aspect ratio. It is said that the screen has obtained TUV Rheinland certification to reduce blue light emissions. According to reports, it will ship with Oxygen OS based on Android 13, but the software may be upgraded to OxygenOS 14 in the early stages. It is said to include content synchronization capabilities and multimedia transfer capabilities for worry-free data sharing.

OnePlus recently teased a new tablet coming to India but did not confirm its name. It is said that the OnePlus Pad Go is expected to be an upgrade based on the OnePlus Pad. The latter was launched in India in April this year with prices starting at Rs. 37,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at Rs. 39,999. It is available in a single halo green finish.

The OnePlus Pad (review) features an 11.61-inch (2,000 x 2,800 pixels) LCD display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 onboard storage. The tablet has a 13-megapixel camera on the back. It also includes an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The OnePlus Pad is equipped with a 9,510mAh battery and comes with a 100W charger in the box. However, the tablet’s charging power is capped at 67W.
