Realme C51 With 50-Megapixel Rear Camera, Mini Capsule Launched in India: Price, Specifications

The Chinese smartphone maker has launched the budget version of Realme C51 in India. The price is less than Rs. 9,000, the phone will be available in two colors – Charcoal Black and Mint Green. The smartphone features a 6.74-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging. The phone features a mini-capsule that displays battery status, data usage and daily step count around the display notch.

Realme C51 specifications

The newly launched Realme C51 features a 6.74-inch HD (720 x1,600) display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The phone is said to have a peak brightness of 560 nits. The phone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T612 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB built-in storage. The phone also supports RAM expansion technology, providing up to 4GB of virtual RAM. The Realme C51 runs Android 13 out of the box.

In terms of optics, the new Realme C51 sports a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and an unspecified secondary sensor. For selfies and video calling, there’s an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture.

Additionally, the Realme C51 packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging. Other highlights of the phone include a 3.5mm headphone jack, side fingerprint scanner, dual SIM support, and 3-card slot. It is 7.99mm thick and weighs 186 grams.
