Both the front and rear panels feature curved edges, with the camera island seen as a slightly raised platform towards the rear panel half. The phone comes in a “flowing silver mirror” (translated from Chinese) colorway.

On the back, the Realme GT 5’s triple rear camera sensors are housed in two vertically aligned circular slots inside the elevated camera island at the top left corner of the rear panel. Next to it is an LED flash unit, accompanied by a series of small LED panels with the Qualcomm Snapdragon logo embedded in it. The slightly curved front panel tops with a center-aligned punch-hole slot for the front-facing camera.

The curved edges of the Realme GT 5 display are paired with ultra-narrow 1.46mm bezels. The phone also appears to be significantly thinner than the previous model. The bottom edge of the phone houses the USB Type-C port, microphone, and speaker grilles.

At the same time, realme GT 5 is also confirmed to be equipped with a pro-XDR dynamic display with a refresh rate of 144Hz, a touch sampling rate of 2000Hz, a resolution of 1.5K, and a PWM dimming rate of up to 2160Hz. The Realme GT 5 has been confirmed to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC paired with up to 24GB of RAM and will also support 240W wired fast charging.
