Realme is reportedly developing a flagship smartphone called Realme GT 5 Pro. Realme is yet to confirm the name and existence of its new GT series smartphones, but before that, a Chinese tipster leaked details about the phone’s rear camera. It is said that Realme GT 5 Pro is equipped with a Sony IMX9 series 1.14-inch main camera that supports optical image stabilization (OIS). The camera setup also includes a new zoom camera. Qualcomm’s yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC is expected to power the Realme GT 5 Pro.

According to the tipster, the upcoming phone will feature a Sony IMX9 1/1.4x primary sensor with OIS and a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
Realme GT 5 Pro is expected to debut as a flagship alongside the regular Realme GT 5. It may be powered by Qualcomm’s yet-to-be-released Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The chipset will be an upgrade from the current Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Interestingly, Realme GT Neo 6 and Realme GT Neo 6 Pro are also rumored to run on the same SoC.
Realme GT 5 Pro is rumored to feature a 6.74-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. In terms of optics, the phone could feature a triple rear camera unit that includes a 50-megapixel rear primary camera that could be a Sony IMX9 series sensor.
The Realme GT 5 Pro is said to be expected to come in two variants with two batteries and fast charging. The model with a 4,600mAh battery may support 240W charging, while the model with a 5,200mAh battery is said to support 150W charging.
