Xiaomi confirmed via Weibo on Monday (September 11) that the Redmi Note 13 Pro series will be launched in China later this month. The lineup will include the Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro+, which serve as successors to last year’s Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro+. The upcoming smartphone is said to feature a 200-megapixel rear camera. The Chinese smartphone brand has equipped the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ with a new MediaTek chipset and a custom Samsung ISOCELL camera sensor.

Redmi has partnered with Samsung and MediaTek to launch its latest series.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro series has been confirmed to feature a 200-megapixel rear camera setup. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is said to run on the new 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200-Ultra SoC. The new chipset will be an upgrade from the regular Dimensity 7200 SoC used in the iQoo Z7 Pro 5G and Vivo V27.
Additionally, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ includes a customized 200-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HP3 Discovery Edition camera sensor for improved image clarity. This custom Samsung sensor is the same 200-megapixel Samsung HPX sensor used in last year’s Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G.
Recently, Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ appeared on the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology website, with model numbers 2312DRA50C and 2312DRA50C respectively. According to the listing, they will feature a 6.67-inch OLED display and offer 5G connectivity. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is expected to come with up to 18GB of RAM, while the Redmi Note 13 Pro is said to come with up to 16GB of RAM. The TENAA listing points out four RAM and storage options for these devices. They can also house a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro is expected to come with a 5,020mAh battery. Redmi Note 13 Pro+ may come with a 4,880mAh battery.
