The Redmi Pad SE could be slowly rolling out as pricing details, key specs, and renders of the tablet surface online. Leaked renders suggest that the metal-bodied tablet will be available in three color options. The Redmi Pad SE is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 680 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. It is expected to feature a 90Hz refresh rate display and possibly quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support. It is expected to have an 8,000mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging. The new tablet is likely to succeed the Redmi Pad that was launched in October last year.
Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, at Report via Appuals (pass Kimovil) leaked the price, renders and specifications of the Redmi Pad SE. The tablet will reportedly be priced at EUR 190 (approx Rs 17,200) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model.
Launched in October last year, the Redmi Pad is priced at Rs. 14,999 for the base 3GB + 64GB storage model. The 4GB + 128GB storage variant is priced at Rs. rupee. 17,999, while the 6GB + 128GB model is priced at Rs. 19,999.
The alleged renders show the Redmi Pad SE in shades of gray, green, and purple, with thick display bezels and rounded corners. Its design language is similar to the original Redmi Pad.

The Redmi Pad SE is said to run Android 13-based MIUI 14 and feature an 11-inch (1,200×1,920 pixels) LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 400 nits, and a pixel density of 207ppi. The tablet is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage.
In terms of optics, the Redmi Pad SE is said to feature an 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture. For selfies and video calls, there may be a 5-megapixel front camera with f/2.2 aperture. It is said to come with quad speakers that support Dolby Atmos.
Connectivity options are said to include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It may include ambient light sensors, accelerometers, and Hall sensors. The tablet may support face unlock, but it may lack a fingerprint scanner. The tablet could also support input via the Redmi Stylus.
The Redmi Pad SE is expected to come with an 8,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging. The battery is said to provide up to 21 hours of video playback time and up to 12 hours of continuous gaming time. It is said to measure 255.53 x 167.08 x 7.36 mm and weigh 478 grams.
