The leaked footage gives us a glimpse at the design and specifications of the phone. In the video, the Galaxy S23 FE 5G sports a punch-hole display design and triple rear cameras. The Galaxy S23 FE 5G is expected to debut as a toned-down version of the flagship Galaxy S23. It is expected to come with the Exynos 2200 SoC in some regions, while the US version may come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.
AN Leaks (@LeaksAn1) (through @yabhishehd) posted an alleged Galaxy S23 FE promotional video on X (formerly Twitter). In the video, the smartphone is seen sporting a hole-punch display design with a curved display and thick bezels on all four sides. The video shows a triple-lens unit at the rear and shows some camera samples of the phone. The samples highlight the phone’s camera advancements in capturing close-ups, night shots, and wide-angle shots. The new leak confirms previous design leaks.
Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is expected to be officially launched on October 4. Samsung recently teased the arrival of the new phone, but didn’t confirm an exact release date or name. Additionally, a support page for the new phone has been launched on the company’s India website.
As per past leaks, the Galaxy S23 FE will be priced at Rs. The 128GB storage version is priced at $54,999 in India. The 256GB storage variant is expected to be priced at Rs. 59,999. The original Galaxy S23 was launched in February this year with a starting price of Rs. 74,999.
The Galaxy S23 FE 5G is expected to run Android 13, and Samsung is expected to provide the phone with four years of operating system updates and five years of security patches. It is said to be equipped with a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Indian variant of the Galaxy S23 FE 5G can run on the Exynos 2200 SoC. In regions like the US and Canada, the phone may come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It comes with a three-camera setup on the back, including a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS (optical image stabilization), an 8-megapixel secondary camera, and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera. For selfies, there could also be a 10-megapixel front-facing camera. Samsung is expected to equip the Galaxy S23 FE 5G with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 25W wired charging and wireless charging.
