Vivo is rumored to be launching the V29 5G series in India soon. The product line is likely to include the base Vivo V29, which was launched globally in August, and the Vivo V29 Pro, which is said to be available only in India. The upcoming smartphone is expected to come with India-specific features, including Indian-style color options. Ahead of the rumored launch, a new report has revealed camera details and the phone’s price range.
according to a Report According to a report by MySmartPrice, Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro are expected to be launched in India by the end of September and may be priced below Rs. There are 40,000 people in the country. Previously, the base model was expected to launch in Majestic Red color option. Vivo V29 Pro is expected to launch in two Indian-inspired color options.
The report also adds that the Vivo V29 Pro will be equipped with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX663 main sensor with a focal length of 50mm and a smart Aura Light feature that is said to provide adjustable lighting from a warm 1800K to a cool 4500K.
Meanwhile, the global version of Vivo V29 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC and runs Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13. It features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The phone comes in three storage options: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB.
Launched globally, Vivo V29 comes with a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2-megapixel monochrome camera. The front camera is equipped with a 50-megapixel sensor. It is equipped with a 4,600mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging.
