Xiaomi 14 Complete Specifications Leak Online; Tipped to Get Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, 1.5K Screen

The launch of Xiaomi Mi 14 is approaching, and all the specifications of the upcoming phone have been revealed online, leaving little room for the imagination of smartphone enthusiasts. It is said that the follow-up product of Xiaomi Mi 13 will be equipped with a 6.44-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K. It may be powered by the unreleased Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Xiaomi Mi 14 is expected to be equipped with a 4600mAh battery and support 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

According to the poster, the upcoming phone will be equipped with a 6.44-inch CSOT C8 OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and is said to provide brightness of up to 2,800 nits and DCI-P3 color gamut.It is said to be equipped with the new MiOS operating system

Xiaomi Mi 14 is said to be powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Qualcomm is expected to release its next-generation flagship chipset later this month. In addition, the phone may include a large VC cooling system for thermal management.

In terms of optics, the Xiaomi phone is likely to feature a Leica-branded triple rear camera unit, including a 50MP OV50H primary camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 50MP telephoto sensor. The phone may also be equipped with an infrared transmitter, allowing the phone to double as a remote control for TVs, music players and other electronic devices. It is said to have an IP68 dust and water resistance rating.

The upcoming Xiaomi Mi 14 is expected to be equipped with a 4600mAh battery and support 90W wired charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. It is said to include dual stereo speakers and dual-band GPS connectivity. Xiaomi may also include a 2-in-1 acoustic motor in the device.

It is speculated that Xiaomi Mi 14 will be officially launched on October 27 together with Xiaomi Mi 14 Pro. Since this has yet to be confirmed by the brand, all of these details should be taken with a grain of salt.
