Infinix Zero 30 5G India Launch Set For August End; Colour Options, Specifications Teased

The Infinix Zero 30 5G is expected to be launched as the successor of the Infinix Zero 20 5G, which was launched in December 2022, with a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC and a 4500mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. The Infinix Zero 30 is expected to feature some upgrades over the previous model. It’s also popped up on benchmarking and certification sites over the past few weeks, hinting at its imminent launch. The company on Thursday announced the launch schedule for the Infinix Zero 30 5G phone in India.

Infinix announced in a press statement that the Infinix Zero 30 5G will be unveiled in the Indian market by the end of August. They have yet to confirm an exact release date. Previously, the Infinix Zero series consisted of base and Turbo models. There is no official word on the Infinix Zero 30 Turbo 5G variant yet.

The company also revealed the back panel design and color options of the upcoming Infinix Zero 30 5G. In the images shared by the company, the phone is available in Lilac and Gold color options and has a glass back. The model is also teased to have a leather trim version.

The triple rear camera unit on the back sits on a rectangular island, next to an LED flash unit in the top left corner of the panel. According to the company, the Infinix Zero 30 5G will also feature a 10-bit AMOLED display with a 60-degree bend. It also added that the model will feature Gorilla Glass 5 protection on both the front and rear panels.

Infinix Zero 20 5G, the predecessor of the upcoming Zero 30 5G phone, was launched in India at a price of Rs. The 8GB + 128GB version is priced at $15,999. It’s available in space gray, glitter gold, and fantasy green. The phone is equipped with a triple rear camera system that includes a 108-megapixel primary sensor, a 13-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel sensor with a quad rear flash unit. The front camera has a 60-megapixel sensor.

Meanwhile, Infinix also recently launched the Infinix GT 10 Pro in India. It is priced at Rs. The 8GB RAM + 256GB version is priced at $19,999. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8050 SoC and is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging.
