According to reports, Itel will launch the first 5G-enabled smartphone in India, and the entry price of this smartphone will be very affordable. 5G smartphones are one of the most popular mobile phones currently on the market. According to 91Mobiles ReportITEL is expected to launch the P55 5G phone, which will be the company’s first 5G phone. According to reports, it will be India’s first 5G-enabled entry-level smartphone and is expected to be priced below Rs. 10,000.

The report adds that the Itel P55 5G is expected to be launched by the end of September as the country gears up for the upcoming festive season. The company, known for its entry-level smartphones and tablets, recently launched the Itel A60s and Itel P40+, priced starting at Rs 100 in India. 6,499 and Rs 8,099 respectively.

Itel A60s is powered by the quad-core UNISOC SC9863A1 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage. It comes with a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS LCD display, dual 8MP AI cameras and a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support.

At the same time, Itel P40+ is equipped with an eight-core Unisoc T606 SoC and a 7000mAh battery that supports 18W wired fast charging. It features a 6.8-inch HD+ IPS screen and AI-enabled 13-megapixel dual rear camera sensors and a front-facing 8-megapixel sensor.
