Itel S23+, a brand owned by China Transsion Holdings, confirmed on Wednesday that the brand will soon be launched in the Indian market. The phone is expected to debut at Rs. The domestic price is 15,000 yuan and it is equipped with an AMOLED 3D curved display. Itel S23+ was recently launched in select global markets. It runs on Unisoc T616 4G SoC and comes with up to 8GB of RAM, allowing users to expand available memory by utilizing unused storage space. Itel S23+ is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and supports 18W wired charging.

Itel announced through a press release that the Itel S23+ will soon be launched in India. It has been confirmed that it will be sold for less than Rs. 15,000. It is revealed that it is equipped with a 6.78-inch Full HD+ 3D curved AMOLED screen. However, the company has not announced the specific release date of this smartphone.

The global version of the Itel S23+ runs Itel OS 13 based on Android 13 and features a 6.78-inch Full HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) AMOLED display with 500 nits peak brightness and an ultra-high 93% screen-to-body ratio. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The smartphone is powered by the 12nm Unisoc T616 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. Through virtual RAM technology, the available memory can be expanded to 16GB.

In terms of optics, the Itel S23+ comes with a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel sensor. For selfies and video calling, it houses a 32-megapixel sensor on the front. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication. Itel S23+ is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 18W wired charging.
