The Lava Blaze 5G smartphone is now available in 8GB RAM variant in India. The smartphone was originally launched in November last year and comes with 4GB RAM and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. The phone has been launched in India and is priced at Rs. 15,000. While the new 8GB RAM version of the Lava Blaze 5G is identical to the one launched in November, it now runs Android 13 out of the box. It also supports RAM expansion technology, providing up to 8GB of virtual RAM.

Lava Blaze 5G with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is now available for Rs. 12,999 passed lava online store and Amazon India. RAM can also be virtually expanded up to 8GB using unused internal storage.

Lava Blaze 5G is also available in 4GB and 6GB RAM options and is priced at Rs. 11,999 respectively. It is available in Glass Green and Glass Blue color options.

The dual-SIM Lava Blaze 5G now runs Android 13 out of the box. It features a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS LCD (720×1,600) display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Users can expand the Lava Blaze 5G’s storage capacity up to 1TB via a microSD card slot. In addition, a virtual RAM feature is provided to expand the RAM by an additional 8GB.

In terms of optics, the smartphone comes with a triple-camera setup on the back, led by a 50-megapixel primary camera with support for Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS). For selfies, there is an 8-megapixel camera. In addition, Lava Blaze 5G is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and supports USB Type-C charging.

In terms of connectivity, the Lava Blaze 5G comes with 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The phone size is 165.3×76.4×8.9mm and weighs 207 grams. Lava Blaze 2 was launched in India in April this year, priced at Rs 100. 8,999.
