The Nothing Phone 2, which was launched in India in July this year as the successor to the Nothing Phone 1, recently received the Nothing OS 2.0.2 software update. The latest OS update the phone received came with certain upgrades and security fixes, including improvements to the camera element. However, some users have complained that the update has reduced the quality of the camera’s output. The Nothing Phone 2 is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It has a dual rear camera setup with two 50-megapixel sensors.

The company is also working on the strength of haptic feedback during typing. It also claims that some games have better HDR performance through the update. The Nothing Phone 2 update also improves network reliability and enhances the responsiveness of the touchscreen under certain conditions, according to the company.
Among other general bug fixes, the Nothing Phone 2 update addresses issues related to unresponsive “double tap to wake” functionality, issues with Google Wallet functionality, and issues with Bluetooth quick settings.
