Oppo Watch 4 With Round Dial Reportedly in Works, Specifications Leaked

Oppo Watch 4 Pro was recently launched in China along with Oppo Find N3 Flip. The company could now launch another watch, reportedly the Oppo Watch 4 with a round dial. The smartwatch may also debut in the global market as a OnePlus smartwatch. Specs and models of the wearable were recently leaked online, revealing key details. In China, the smartwatch model number of OPPO Watch 4 is OWW231. Meanwhile, the global version and OnePlus branded version are said to get model numbers OWWE231 and OPWWE231 respectively.

Prompt by MlgmXyysd (@realMlgmXyysd) shared a series A post from a few days ago hinted that a new smartwatch is in the works. He mentioned that it is the OPlus (OPPO/OnePlus) Watch 4 Round, which means that the smartwatch will be launched as the Oppo Watch 4 Round for China and global versions, and a global version under the OnePlus brand may also be launched.

As for the specifications, the smartwatch is said to be codenamed “star”. The Oppo Watch 4 is said to have a circular watch face screen and is available in two colors: black and white. The smartwatch is rumored to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipset and BES 2700 co-processor.

The Chinese version runs on ColorOS for Watch 6.0 based on Android 11 Go out of the box. At the same time, the global version may be equipped with the latest WearOS. Oppo/OnePlus Watch 4 Round is said to feature an AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels.

Some of the expected features of the smartwatch include ECG tracker, fist gesture, eSIM support, blood oxygen monitor, barometer, pressure control, sleep tracker, and sports and health support. However, OPPO has not revealed any information about the launch of Oppo Watch 4 yet.
