The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G is said to be in development as the next A-series product from the Korean tech brand. While details of the phone are yet to be officially announced, a reputable source has revealed its key specifications. The Galaxy A25 5G is expected to feature a 6.44-inch AMOLED display and run on the Exynos 1280 SoC. It is expected to be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and support 25W charging. The Galaxy A25 5G is expected to debut as the successor to the Galaxy A24, which was officially launched in April this year.

Additionally, Samsung is said to be equipped with a 50-megapixel primary rear camera sensor on the Galaxy A25 5G. The phone is expected to have a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W charging. The source said the news will be officially announced in the coming months.

Recently, the Galaxy A25 5G appeared in the Geekbench online database with the model number SM-A256B. The listing hints that the upcoming phone will be powered by Exynos 1280 chipset, 8GB RAM, and Android 14 operating system. On benchmarking sites, it scored 973 points on the single-core test and 2,106 points on the multi-core test.

In June, some CAD-based renderings of the Galaxy A25 5G also appeared online. They suggested a waterdrop-style display and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the purported phone. The render also features a triple rear camera setup.

It is speculated that the Galaxy A25 5G will succeed the Galaxy A24 launched in Vietnam earlier this year. Available in 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB storage options.
