Ahead of Tecno’s official announcement, accessories for the Tecno Phantom V Flip have appeared on the Chinese retailer’s website, hinting at its imminent launch. The alleged case suggests that the Tecno Phantom V Fold has a circular cover display and a dual rear camera setup.
Chinese e-commerce site Alibaba has list Claimed to be a protective case for the Tecno Phantom V Flip. The case is available in two color options and is priced at $10.94 (approximately Rs. 800). These images suggest that Tecno is keeping things different with the design of the new foldable to make it stand out.
The Tecno Phantom V Flip has a circular exterior display on the back for quick access to notifications, time and date. There are two cameras and an LED flash arranged around the phone’s secondary screen. The power button and volume rocker sit on the right spine. In addition, it also uses a punch-hole design.
The specifications of the Tecno Phantom V Flip have been leaked several times in the past. The new clamshell foldable phone is expected to go official in October. Recently, the phone was spotted with model number AD11 on the Google Play Console website. The listing suggests that the upcoming smartphone comes with 8GB of RAM and Android 13 operating system. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC paired with ARM Mali G77 GPU. The listing suggests that the flip phone will feature a full HD+ display with a resolution of 1,080×2,640 pixels and a pixel density of 480ppi.
The Tecno Phantom V Flip is expected to feature a dual camera unit at the rear consisting of a 64-megapixel primary rear sensor and a 13-megapixel sensor. It may feature a 32-megapixel front-facing camera, and it may have a 4,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.
